Islamabad: Mehrunisa Iqbal, the stunning and talented Pakistani model and television actress, has made a name for herself with memorable performances in hit dramas like Bikhray Hain Hum, Aik Sitam Aur, Ishqiya, Mere Ban Jao, Fasley, Bol Kahani, and more.
Fans particularly appreciated her portrayal of a negative character in ARY Digital’s popular drama Ishqiya, and she was also praised for her role in Aik Sitam Aur. Beyond acting, Mehrunisa is a well-known model who has represented top fashion brands such as Sapphire.
Recently, Mehrunisa tied the knot in an intimate ceremony with close family. Her husband, Zikriya Shah, is based in the United Kingdom. The actress shared details of her unexpected wedding during an appearance on Nadia Khan’s show for 365 Entertainment.
Mehrunisa revealed, “Even I wasn’t aware that my nikah would happen so suddenly. It was all arranged by my family. They called me and asked if I could take some time off, and luckily, I managed to do so this month so we got married.”
Zikriya added, “From the moment I met her, I knew I wanted to marry her. She’s incredibly beautiful, and more importantly, she’s humble and kind-hearted. That’s what really stood out to me.” He also mentioned that while he doesn’t watch her dramas often, he does give her feedback when he can.
