Four Sanitary Workers, One Rescuer Suffocate in Manhole

Islamabad: Four sanitary workers and a rescue official tragically lost their lives due to suffocation while performing cleaning duties in a manhole in Dijkot, Faisalabad .

According to a private news channel citing police reports, the sanitary workers became unconscious from asphyxiation while working in the manhole.

Upon receiving information about the incident, rescue personnel hurried to the scene, but one of them also died after entering the manhole.
