Fiza Ali Breaks Silence After Old Divorce Video Resurfaces

Islamabad: Pakistani actress and morning show host Fiza Ali has once again landed in the spotlight after an old video linked to her past divorce resurfaced on social media, sparking fresh controversy.

The host of Morning with Fiza has claimed that the clip was deliberately made viral following her recent outspoken stance on social issues.

Fiza Ali has been trending online for her bold opinions. Earlier, she made headlines for criticizing remarks by Nida Yasir and Saba Faisal, and for calling out influencer Kashif Zameer over allegedly wearing fake gold. However, the actress now believes that her support for delivery riders’ rights triggered a targeted backlash.

In her latest statement, Fiza indirectly accused fellow host Nida Yasir of having a role in reviving the long-forgotten video. She said she had shared a logical and honest viewpoint in favor of delivery riders, but instead of engaging with the issue, attention was diverted to her personal life.

According to Fiza, the resurfacing of the divorce-related clip was a deliberate attempt to create controversy and distract from real discussions. She expressed disappointment that, despite Pakistan facing serious social and economic challenges, public focus shifted to private matters from her past.

Fiza Ali also spoke candidly about the emotional toll of divorce, especially for women in Pakistani society, where separation often leads to judgment and character assassination. She said she had rebuilt her life and moved forward, but being dragged back into old controversies forced her to speak up in self-defense.

Concluding her remarks, Fiza stressed that no one has the right to turn another person’s pain into viral content. She urged social media users and media platforms to show greater empathy, responsibility, and maturity when discussing sensitive personal matters.
