First Pakistani to Summit All 14 Peaks Above 8,000 Meters

Islamabad:In a remarkable display of courage and determination, Sirbaz Khan has made history by becoming the first Pakistani mountaineer to conquer all 14 of the world’s peaks above 8,000 meters, as announced by the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP) on Friday.
“This extraordinary accomplishment demonstrates his unwavering passion and dedication to the sport of mountaineering,” said Karrar Haidri, Secretary of the ACP, in a statement.
Sirbaz has faced extreme conditions, conquering formidable challenges from the perilous heights of Mount Everest to the daunting K2.
Enduring freezing temperatures, treacherous avalanches, and oxygen-depleted altitudes, he has consistently showcased resilience and strength throughout his climbs.
“His success not only represents a personal triumph but also serves as an inspiration to mountaineers worldwide,” Haidri remarked. “Sirbaz Khan’s journey exemplifies the power of perseverance and meticulous preparation, cementing his place in mountaineering history.”
