Fire Eruption Turns Garments Shop to Ashes

Rawalpindi: A fire erupted in a garments shop in Sadar Bazaar on Thursday morning, swiftly engulfing the entire store.

According to Rescue 1122, firefighting teams were immediately dispatched to Bank Road, Sadar, where they battled the blaze for several hours before finally bringing it under control. Seven emergency vehicles, including four rescue fire tenders, along with 10 firefighters, participated in the operation.

No casualties were reported in the incident. However, an eyewitness stated that the entire shop had been reduced to ashes before the fire was fully extinguished.

Rescue 1122 reported that the cause of the fire remains unknown.
