FIA Arrests Two Human ‘Smugglers’

Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team arrested two alleged human smugglers and recovered passports, cash, and other items from them.
The arrests were made during a successful raid in the Golra area of Islamabad on Friday.
During a focused crackdown on human smugglers, SI Shams Khan, heading a specialized team from AHTC Rawalpindi, with guidance from Director Rana Abdul Jabbar and Circle Incharge Kamran Amir Khan, captured Saif Ullah and Mirza Zahoor Ahmed at Golra Mor.
The suspects are residents of Kharian and Gujrat, and they were alleged to have extorted Rs 3,400,000 from intending immigrants, promising them overseas employment in Greece.
The raid resulted in the recovery of two passports, suspected fake Greek visas, three mobile phones, and Rs 500,000 in cash. The arrested individuals now face charges under various sections, and further investigations are underway.
