Ingredients:
4 pieces of fresh fish fillets
4 slices of whole grain bread
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chopped red chili
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sliced tomato, as needed
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon mustard paste
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Salad leaves, as needed

Instructions:
Begin by washing the fish fillets thoroughly. Then, marinate them with salt, crushed garlic, chopped red chili, and lemon juice.
