Creamy Khoya Mixture Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 500g Khoya
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ cup Milkpak Dairy Cream
Gajar ka Halwa Ingredients:
- 800g Carrots
- 1 Litre Milkpak Full Cream Milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
For Assembling:
- Prepared Gajar ka Halwa
- Creamy Khoya Mixture
- Almonds
- Pistachios
- Silver Paper (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a pan, add ghee and khoya, and cook until the khoya melts. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Stir in Milkpak Cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate pan, add grated carrots and cook for 10 minutes until the water dries up.
- Add Milkpak Full Cream Milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook until the sugar melts. Then, add ghee and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
- To assemble, layer the prepared Gajar ka Halwa in glass jars or serving bowls, followed by a layer of the creamy khoya mixture.
- Garnish with silver paper, almonds, and pistachios.
