Eight Charred to Death in India

New Delhi: At least eight members of a family were charred to death in in Uttar Pradesh, India on Sunday.

Tragically, a devastating incident occurred in Uttar Pradesh, India, resulting in the loss of eight lives from a single family. Late Saturday night near Bhojipura in Bareilly district, a horrific collision transpired between a car carrying the family members and a truck, leading to a fatal fire.

According to Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan, a senior police official, the collision caused the car to catch fire immediately, trapping the occupants inside.

The intensity of the flames prevented their escape, resulting in the heartbreaking loss of seven adults and one child. The car, unfortunately, was locked, further adding to the difficulty in rescuing those inside.
