Ingredients Chatkhara Boti
- Beef boneless (cubes) 1 kg
- Onion (sliced) 1 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Orange food color a pinch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil (for shallow frying) as required
Direction
In a bowl add beef, onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, coriander powder, orange food color, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
In a pan add this marinated beef and add water. Cover and cook until beef is fully done.
Now transfer it to a bowl add corn flour, red chili flakes, coriander seeds, lemon juice and mix it well.
In a pan, heat oil and add marinated boti. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins.
Your Chatkhara Boti is ready.
