Ingredients
For the Dough
- All-purpose flour – 3 cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Water – as needed
For Malai Chicken Filling
- Chicken chunks – 500 g
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies – 1 tbsp
- Dairy Cream – ½ pack
- Oil – ¼ cup
For Dynamite Sauce
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
- Sriracha sauce – ¼ cup
- Dairy Cream – ½ pack
- Crushed black pepper – ½ tsp
For Dumplings
- Prepared dough
- Cooked malai chicken (as needed)
For Garnish
- Chopped green onions – as needed
- Sesame seeds – as needed

- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Set aside.
- For the malai chicken, mix chicken pieces with yogurt, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, green chilies, and Dairy Cream.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook until fully done. Set aside to cool.
- To make the dynamite sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, Dairy Cream, and crushed black pepper. Set aside.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion and cut 3 small circles using a round cutter.
