Ingredients

For the Dough

  • All-purpose flour – 3 cups
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Water – as needed

For Malai Chicken Filling

  • Chicken chunks – 500 g
  • Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies – 1 tbsp
  • Dairy Cream – ½ pack
  • Oil – ¼ cup

For Dynamite Sauce

  • Mayonnaise – 1 cup
  • Sriracha sauce – ¼ cup
  • Dairy Cream – ½ pack
  • Crushed black pepper – ½ tsp

For Dumplings

  • Prepared dough
  • Cooked malai chicken (as needed)

For Garnish

  • Chopped green onions – as needed
  • Sesame seeds – as needed

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Set aside.
  2. For the malai chicken, mix chicken pieces with yogurt, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, green chilies, and Dairy Cream.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook until fully done. Set aside to cool.
  4. To make the dynamite sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, Dairy Cream, and crushed black pepper. Set aside.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  6. Roll out each portion and cut 3 small circles using a round cutter.
