Dubai’s $680 Coffee Stirs Global Buzz
News Desk
Dubai: A local Dubai-based brand, Roasters Specialty Coffee House, has set a new world record by serving the world’s most expensive cup of coffee, priced at 2,500 dirhams (approximately $680).
According to details, the exclusive brew was made from the world’s rarest and highest-quality Panamanian Geisha coffee beans, sourced from the renowned Esmeralda farm. The brand described the experience as a “luxury coffee ritual” rather than an ordinary drink.
The preparation process was meticulous, involving handcrafted brewing with a temperature-controlled kettle, a special dripper, and freshly ground beans to ensure perfect flavor and aroma.
Adding to the exclusivity, the coffee was served on a designer table imported from Japan, enhancing the overall aesthetic and sensory experience.
The café said the record not only highlights the beverage’s premium value but also reflects a growing global trend of consumers seeking unique and luxurious coffee experiences beyond traditional tastes.
