Dry Weather Likely to Persist Across Pakistan

Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast mainly dry weather across most parts of the country on Tuesday, with cold conditions expected to prevail in hilly and northern regions during the night and early morning hours.
According to the PMD, Islamabad and adjoining areas will experience dry weather, while similar conditions are likely to persist across the plains of Punjab, including Murree and Galiyat, where mornings and nights will remain chilly.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, dry conditions are expected in most plain districts, while the northern areas of the province will witness cold nights and mornings. Sindh will continue to face hot and dry weather, whereas Balochistan will remain mostly dry with colder temperatures in its northern parts during nighttime.
Likewise, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are expected to remain dry, accompanied by cold conditions during the morning and night hours.
During the past 24 hours, dry weather prevailed across most regions of the country, with cold temperatures reported from northern areas. The highest maximum temperature recorded was 37°C in Shaheed Benazirabad, Nokkundi, Sibbi, and Rohri.
Dry Weather Forecast for Lahore
LAHORE, Oct 13 (APP): Dry weather persisted in Lahore on Monday, with the Met Office predicting similar conditions for the next 24 hours.
According to Met officials, continental air continues to dominate most parts of the country, keeping the plains mainly dry while hilly areas are expected to experience cold nights and mornings.
The day’s highest temperature of 37°C was recorded in Shaheed Benazirabad, Nokkundi, Sibbi, and Rohri, while Lahore registered a maximum temperature of 32°C.
