Double Murder-Suicide Shocks Punjab

Islamabad: A young girl tragically ended her life by shooting herself after a domestic dispute in the Sultan Park area of Muridke on Sunday.

According to 24NewsHD TV, local police responded to the incident and shifted the body to a nearby hospital for an autopsy.

The police sources linked the suicide to ongoing family tensions. After completing legal formalities, the deceased’s body was handed over to her family.

In a separate incident on Saturday, a man fatally shot his wife and daughter before taking his own life in the Kachiwala area of Faisal Colony, Fort Abbas.

The tragic event, also stemming from a domestic dispute, claimed the lives of 60-year-old Ishaq, his 45-year-old wife Zahida, and 23-year-old daughter Arooj Fatima.

Rescue 1122 and police officials promptly reached the scene and launched an investigation into the double murder-suicide.
