Did Ducky Bhai Lie About Buying a Luxury House?

Islamabad: Ducky Bhai, aka Saad Rehman, is a well-known Pakistani YouTuber with around 8.9 million subscribers. He’s popular for his daily family vlogs, with followers from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

However, the digital content creator is currently facing significant legal troubles. Recently, he was arrested while traveling abroad with his wife, reportedly due to promoting betting and gambling apps targeting youth. There are already several other charges pending against him.

Prior to his arrest, Ducky Bhai made headlines by showcasing what he claimed was his newly purchased 10-crore PKR house in DHA Raya, Lahore. He gave a full house tour, which was widely appreciated by fans. But now, this claim has been publicly challenged.

A realtor from DHA Raya, Armaghan Rana, has exposed the alleged falsehood.

“I’m Armaghan Rana from Official Properties in Defence Raya. I’m not a YouTuber or vlogger, but I can’t stay silent in the face of dishonesty. Ducky didn’t buy the house he rented it from us. He falsely claimed it as his own in a vlog. May Allah bless him with such a home one day, but he shouldn’t lie.

The property is on rent for PKR 400,000 per month. He also failed to pay the full commission to the agents who helped him secure it—he only paid one week’s commission instead of the standard one-month fee. I urge the youth not to idolize people who build their fame on lies. Choose better role models.”

Reactions on social media are mixed. Some fans are disappointed by another alleged lie from Ducky Bhai, while others believe that such revelations are timed to weaken his position in court amid his ongoing legal battles.
