‘Dhai Chaal’ Sweeps Box Office, Social Media with Acclaim

Islamabad: The much-anticipated thriller “Dhai Chaal” has garnered tremendous public acclaim at the box office since its release, with hashtags like “#DhaiChaalMovie,” “#StandWithDrIrfan,” “#CPEC,” and “#DhaiChaalinCinema” dominating the top trends on X for the past three days. The film “Dhai Chaal” has caused quite a stir in the Pakistani film industry.

A significant number of young moviegoers flocked to theaters on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to experience the movie. Post-viewing, audiences praised producer Dr Irfan Ashraf for presenting the story of Pakistan’s Balochistan province in an unprecedented manner.

Speaking to the media, Abiha Noor, a young viewer, expressed that Balochistan had previously been misrepresented, often through a distorted narrative created by India.

“Watching ‘Dhai Chaal’ has provided us with a genuine understanding of the realities within Balochistan,” she remarked. Another audience member highlighted how the film sheds light on the sacrifices made by the country’s security agencies in safeguarding lives and perpetually engaging in counter-terrorism operations.

Many attendees leaving the theaters shared that the movie unveiled Indian conspiracies against the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). They emphasized that “Dhai Chaal” effectively showcased how India constructed its narrative, misleading the youth of Pakistan through deceptive tactics. “This is a film that should be seen by everyone,” they emphasized.
