Ingredients for Crepe Mixture:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups milk

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Ingredients for Chicken Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 kg chicken mince

  • 2 tbsp chili sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup ketchup

Ingredients for Assembling:

  • Crepe mixture

  • 1/2 egg

  • Green onions (as required)

  • Nigella seeds (as required)

  • Prepared sauce (as required)

  • Shredded carrot (as required)

  • Shredded cabbage (as required)

  • Julienne capsicum (as required)

  • Chicken mixture (as required)

  • Cheddar cheese slices (as required)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and milk, mixing until smooth.

  2. For the sauce, blend mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, BBQ sauce, salt, and black pepper powder in a separate bowl.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken mince until it changes color. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is fully done, then stir in the ketchup.

  4. Preheat the oven and pour the prepared crepe mixture onto a pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with green onions and nigella seeds.

  5. Flip the crepe and layer with shredded carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and the chicken mixture. Wrap the crepe from the sides.

  6. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and fold the crepe into a square shape.
