Decorate Your Iftar Table With Delicious Egg Rolls

Whether enjoyed as an iftar delicacy or as a delightful addition to sehri, these egg rolls are sure to satisfy cravings and add a burst of flavor to your Ramadan table.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of meat, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of soybean pickle
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of coriander, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  • Prepare the meat by finely mincing it.
  • Remove the stalks of khadro plants and soak them in hot water to soften.
  • In a bowl, mix the minced meat with starch, soybean pickle, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the meat mixture. Fry until the meat is cooked through.
  • Add the softened khadro plant and bamboo shoots to the frying pan and cook for a few more minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix flour with eggs and beat well to make a smooth batter. Add salt to taste.
  • Spread the egg batter onto a clean board and cut it into small pieces.
  • Place a small amount of the cooked meat mixture onto each piece of egg batter and wrap them.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully fry the wrapped rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fried rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander, and enjoy your delicious rolls!
