DC Khalid Javed Monitors Mianwali’s Anti-Dengue Campaign

Sargodha: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Khalid Javed visited various areas of Mianwali to oversee the ongoing anti-dengue campaign initiated by the health department.

In a press release issued on Wednesday, it was reported that the DC inspected the efforts of anti-dengue teams by touring streets and bazaars and conducting door-to-door visits.

He urged the dengue surveillance teams to ensure that they provided the public with awareness about dengue prevention and to inform them about the key points of the anti-dengue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Additionally, the DC assessed the anti-dengue spraying operations conducted by the teams in different homes throughout the city to combat the dengue mosquito.

He instructed the CEO of the Health Authority to arrange training for the teams responsible for spraying. Health department officials were also present during the visit.
