Ingredients

For the Kababs
Chicken mince – 1 kg
Green coriander – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Paprika powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil (for frying) – 1 cup

For the Green Chutney
Green coriander – 1 cup
Mint leaves – ½ cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Green chilies – 1-2
Salt – ½ tsp
Yogurt – 1 cup

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Kabab Mixture In a chopper, combine chicken mince, green coriander, red chili powder, coriander powder, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.

Step 2: Shape and Cook the Kababs Using wooden skewers, shape the mixture into small seekh kababs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Set them aside.

Step 3: Make the Green Chutney In a blender, combine green coriander, mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies, salt, and yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
