Creamy and Flavorful White Sauce Keema Pasta

Islamabad: This rich and delicious dish combines juicy minced chicken, a velvety white sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta for a mouthwatering Iftar meal. It’s an easy and quick recipe that will surely impress your family this Ramzan!
Ingredients for Keema:
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 kg chicken mince
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
Ingredients for White Sauce Keema Pasta:
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 pack dairy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups boiled pasta
- Prepared keema (from above)
- Black olives (sliced), as needed
- Fresh parsley, as needed
- Red chili flakes, as needed
Directions:
- Prepare the Keema:
- In a pan, heat oil and add chicken mince. Cook until the mince changes color.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook until the mince is fully cooked. Set aside.
- Prepare the White Sauce:
- In another pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add dairy cream, milk, oregano, salt, and black pepper powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add grated cheddar cheese and cook until it melts into the sauce.
- Combine and Cook:
- Add the boiled pasta and prepared keema to the sauce. Mix everything well, making sure the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
- Serve:
- Dish out the White Sauce Keema Pasta and garnish with sliced black olives, fresh parsley, and a sprinkle of red chili flakes.
