Court Sends Tiktoker To Adiala Jail Over Leaked Video Case
Islamabad: A local court on Tuesday placed Tiktoker Sandal Khattak under judicial remand to Central Jail Adiala in the Hareem Shah video leaks case.
Senior Civil Judge Bashir Bhatti heard the case wherein the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) produced Sandal Khattak and requested for her further five days of physical remand for more investigation.
The defence attorney opposed the request, arguing that since his client had previously handed over her cell phone to the FIA, there was no need for further physical remand.
After hearing arguments, the court rejected the request for further physical remand and sent the accused to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
TikToker Hareem Shah alleged that her private videos were leaked by Sandal Khattak and Ayesha Naz, the friends she used to live with.
“I got the evidence in that case; from where they were posted to which accounts were used, I have all the evidence,” said Shah.
“Alhamdulillah, she is arrested,” stated the TikToker, adding that there is no way for settlement. “I think she would do this to someone else if this ended up with a settlement.” APP
