Chinese Man in Chitral for Wedding to Kailashi Woman Encounters Legal Setback

Islamabad: A Chinese national, identified as Ojan, has traveled to Chitral on a three-month visit visa with the intention of marrying Shaheen Ara, a Kailashi woman.

According to local police, Ojan has approached the court to formalize the marriage but has encountered a legal obstacle.

The authorities have informed that Ojan lacks a required validator for the marriage process. The police report indicates that he has requested a week’s extension to provide the necessary documentation.

The case remains under review as Ojan works to fulfill the legal requirements.
