Chilly and Dry Conditions Expected in KP

Peshawar: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has projected cold and dry weather prevailing across most districts in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa over the next 24 to 48 hours, marking the weather forecast for Wednesday.

However, there’s a likelihood of drizzles and light snowfall anticipated in Chitral and its adjoining areas. Moreover, regions like Swat, Battagram, Mansehra, and Haripur, along with the hilly terrains in the higher areas, might experience rain accompanied by brisk cold winds.

Additionally, a possibility of fog looms over Mardan, Swabi, Charsadda, Nowshera, Peshawar, and DI Khan during the morning and night hours.

The recorded minimum temperatures over the past 24 hours stand at Peshawar 8°C, while Dir and Abbottabad recorded -01°C. Kalam witnessed -04°C, Saidu Sharif measured 01°C, and Chitral registered zero degrees Celsius.
