- Beef boneless (cubes): 1 kg
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Hot sauce: 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Papaya paste: 2 tbsp
- Tikka masala powder: 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes: 1 tbsp
- Oil (for cooking): 1/4 cup
- Ingredients for Cheese Sauce
- Nurpur Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
- Butter: 3 tbsp
- All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp
- Milk: 3 cups
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Mustard paste: 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for Assembling
- Hot sizzler plate
- Butter: as required
- Onion rings: as required
- Prepared beef tikka: as required
- Green coriander: as required
Directions
Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine beef, yogurt, hot sauce, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, tikka masala powder, lemon juice, and red chili flakes. Mix well and let it marinate.
Cook the Beef
Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Prepare Cheese Sauce
In a pan, heat butter and add flour. Cook for a minute, then add milk and mix well.
Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, and cook until it starts to simmer.
Add Nurpur Cheddar Cheese and mustard paste. Cook until the cheese melts. Set aside.
Assemble the Dish
Heat a sizzler plate and grease it with butter. Place onion rings on it and add the cooked beef tikka.
Top with the cheese sauce and garnish with green coriander.
