Chairlift Rope Breaks in Upper Dir, Injuring Four

Islamabad: A woman and her children were among four individuals critically injured after a chairlift rope broke in the Makhnokhas Shangal area of Upper Dir on Sunday morning.
According to rescue sources and local residents, the victims were crossing the river by chairlift when, upon reaching the middle, the rope snapped, causing the chairlift to fall into the river. As a result, four people were submerged.
Rescue teams promptly arrived at the scene, recovering the victims and transporting them to a hospital for treatment, as reported by a private news channel.
