Ceremonies Were for Me, Mirza on Wedding Without Groom Controversy
News Desk
Islamabad: Sehar Mirza, the sister of the famous Pakistani TikToker Jannat Mirza, has responded to criticism regarding her wedding celebrations, nikah, and departure without a groom.
TikToker and social media star Sahar Hayat, through a post and story on his Instagram account, advised users who criticized the ‘virtual wedding’ to find happiness in the joy of others.
Sehar Mirza shared in her story that her message is directed towards those questioning the absence of the groom, labeling the ceremonies as wasteful, etc.
She assures that the groom will arrive soon, emphasizing that the events were solely for her, not for the groom. She got married, and after the marriage, she had to leave for her husband’s house, expressing her desire not to stay.
She adds that when her husband arrives, they will have even grander celebrations. She emphasizes that everything occurs by the will of Allah, nothing moves without His decree, and requests prayers from everyone.
Sehar Mirza concludes by clarifying that it was solely a marriage ceremony.
