Islamabad: Founder of PTI’s legal counsel, Naeem Panjutha, has stated that Bushra Bibi experienced discomfort due to consuming spicy food.

Addressing the media in Bani Gala, Islamabad on Thursday, Panjutha said that Bushra Bibi developed blisters in her throat after consuming a meal with chili. He noted that on the first day, Bibi was fasting.

Panjutha elaborated that during his half-hour meeting with Bushra Bibi, she expressed how her health deteriorated after consuming the spicy food, resulting in throat blisters, which made it difficult for her to have breakfast the next morning.

Furthermore, Panjutha raised concerns about the defective blood pressure monitoring machine provided and emphasized the importance of addressing health matters promptly, particularly when a person’s life is at stake.

He highlighted that despite filing an application in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), no resolution was reached, and issues related to location and security were cited as excuses at Adiala. The IHC also expressed reservations about the medical report, indicating serious threats to Bushra Bibi’s life.

Panjutha reiterated PTI’s stance, emphasizing the party’s victory nationwide and the founder’s commitment to the nation’s freedom.
