Islamabad: This recipe features succulent Boneless Mutton Karahi cooked in a flavorful gravy. Simple and delicious, it’s a great way to enjoy the bounty of the festive season.

Ingredients Mutton Boneless Karahi

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Boneless mutton 1 kg
  • Tomato (sliced) 1 ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hot water 1 ½ cup
  • Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies (half cut) 1/2 cup
  • Ginger (julienne) as required
  • Green chilies (sliced) as required

Directions

In a pot, heat oil and add ginger garlic. Cook for a minute. Now add boneless mutton and cook until it changes color. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 mins.

Now add hot water and cover and cook until the mutton is fully done.

Take off the lid and add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, cook until oil separates. Add green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.

Dish it out on a hot sizzler plate and garnish it with ginger and green chilies.

Your Mutton Boneless Karahi is ready.
