Bogus Car Snatching Report Lands Man in Jail

Rawalpindi: The RA Bazaar police on Tuesday arrested a man for making a bogus call to the Emergency Helpline 15 regarding an alleged car snatching.

According to Rawalpindi police, the accused, identified as Faizan, reported that two to three individuals were attempting to snatch his car.

Upon receiving the alert, a police team promptly reached the location but found no evidence of such an incident.

Following an investigation, police registered a case against Faizan and took him into custody for making a false report.
