Islamabad: With cross-border collaborations between India and Pakistan gaining momentum once again, speculations are rife that celebrated Pakistani actress Ayeza Khan may be the next star to make her Bollywood debut.

Ayeza, known for her performances in Chupke Chupke and Mein, recently sparked curiosity with a cryptic Instagram story featuring the flags of India and Pakistan alongside a handshake emoji.

This subtle yet significant post has led fans to believe that an exciting Indo-Pak collaboration might be on the horizon. Adding to the speculation, the actress also shared a selfie from what appeared to be a flight, hinting at possible travel for an undisclosed project.

While no official confirmation has been made, the possibility of Ayeza joining Bollywood follows the recent lifting of bans on Pakistani artists in India. Stars like Fawad Khan and Hania Aamir have already signed Bollywood projects, reigniting cultural exchanges between the two nations after years of restrictions.

Meanwhile, Ayeza and her husband, actor Danish Taimoor, have also been making headlines for an entirely different reason. Danish recently sparked debate with his remarks on polygamy during a Mehfil-e-Ramzan show.

Addressing the topic while seated beside Ayeza, he stated, “Mujhe ijazat hai chaar shaadiyon ki, main kar nahi raha hun, voh alag baat hai. Lekin yeh ijazat mujhe Allah ne di hai, jo koi mujhse cheen nahi sakta. Lekin voh mera pyaar hai, respect hai Ayeza ke liye ki main filhaal zindagi inhi ke saath guzarna chahta hun.”

His statement received mixed reactions, with some defending his religious viewpoint while others criticized the way he framed it.

As the controversy surrounding Danish’s remarks unfolds, all eyes remain on Ayeza Khan and the potential announcement of her Bollywood debut. Fans eagerly await more details, hoping for a new chapter in Indo-Pakistani entertainment collaborations.
