Around 50 Racers Registered for 10th Thal Jeep Rally

Multan: Preparations are in full swing for the much-anticipated four-day 10th Thal Jeep Rally, organized by the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), set to kick off on November 6.
Speaking to APP on Sunday, TDCP Event Manager Muhammad Nouman said that around 50 racers have registered so far, with registration continuing until the start of the event. He expressed hope that over 100 car and motorbike racers would participate in this year’s rally.
Nouman said that a 200-kilometer track was being prepared, passing through Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu, and Layyah districts of South Punjab. The four-day mega event promises thrilling off-road racing along with vibrant cultural festivities, with Choubara serving as the rally’s mid-point. Both the starting and finishing points have been set at Changa Manga, Muzaffargarh.
The registration, tagging, and technical inspection of vehicles will take place at Changa Manga Tella on November 6, followed by a qualifying round through draws on November 7.
The stock category race will be held on November 8, while modified vehicles, women drivers, and dirt bike racers will take to the track on the final day. The event will conclude with an exciting prize distribution ceremony at Faisal Stadium Gymnasium, Muzaffargarh, on November 9.
