Multan: Pakistan’s all-rounder Amir Jamal has expressed his determination to contribute to Pakistan’s success in the upcoming Test series against England.
Speaking to the media at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Wednesday, Jamal confirmed his full recovery from a recent injury and voiced his confidence in regaining his previous form from his successful stint in Australia.
“I am fully recovered and aim to pick up where I left off. We will do everything possible to win the series against England,” Jamal stated. He also highlighted the importance of aggression in fast bowling, emphasizing, “Without aggression, you are not a fast bowler.”
Jamal, who missed the Bangladesh series due to injury, is now focused on playing a significant role in Pakistan’s success in the future.
The Pakistan team has started their practice under head coach Jason Gillespie, with captain Babar Azam also actively participating. The first Test match is set to begin on October 7 at Multan Cricket Stadium.
