Islamabad: Actress and TV host Amina Malik made a deeply emotional revelation on Samaa TV’s morning show Subh Samaa Ka Sath, sharing the pain of enduring three miscarriages and how the experience profoundly changed her perspective on life and motherhood.

Speaking candidly with host Madeha Naqvi, Amina recounted what she called “the most painful time” of her life, revealing that she suffered three consecutive pregnancy losses, including stillbirths at seven and five months, and another tragedy in 2020.

“I had one daughter before those miscarriages,” she said. “After my younger daughter was born, I decided I would never put myself through that pain again.”

Amina also opened up about the emotional toll and social pressure that followed her losses, saying people often urged her to have more children without understanding her trauma.

“After everything I went through, if someone asks me to try again, I would slap them,” she said firmly, adding that society must learn to respect a woman’s choices after loss.

Parenting and Personal Values

The actress, who has two daughters, discussed her parenting approach, emphasizing healthy eating habits and discipline at home. She shared that she prefers serving homemade food to her children and avoids processed meals or fast food.

She also spoke about personal principles, saying she cannot tolerate dishonesty and values straightforward relationships.
