Alert in Japan: Stay Away from Cat Amid Fears of Toxic Exposure

Islamabad: A cautionary advisory has been issued in Japan advising against interacting with a particular cat.
Local authorities suspect that the cat may have come into contact with a highly toxic chemical substance. Reports indicate that this chemical could potentially lead to skin irritation, respiratory issues, and even blindness upon exposure.
Foreign media sources have reported that an employee at a factory in the western city of Fukuyama noticed yellow cat footprints near a container holding the hazardous substance.Security footage captured the cat fleeing the scene shortly afterward.
The factory has stated that the container was securely sealed with a sheet, but it’s suspected that the cat somehow managed to gain access to it.
As per foreign media reports, the city’s environmental team has cautioned residents against touching any cat displaying unusual behavior or symptoms, as it may have been exposed to the toxic substance and could potentially be deceased.
Furthermore, authorities have urged the public to notify the police immediately upon sighting this particular cat.
