AJK Tourism Dept Establish Helpline & Info Centres To Assist Tourists

Islamabad: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Tourism and Archaeology Department has constituted welcome baths, helplines, and information centres at all entry and exit points to facilitate domestic visitors and foreign dignitaries.

People should call Helpline 1422 to get any information regarding their destinations and refrain from any inconveniences and miseries to make their trip full of joy.

The AJK tourism department welcomed tourists coming from various parts of the country to enjoy recreational and scenic spots with peaceful, lovely, and pleasant weather.

The AJK Tourism and Archaeology Departments’ sole objectives are to promote travel and tourism in AJK. According to sources, the department provides information and accommodation facilities to tourists in different places in the area.

The AJK government’s top objective is to take tremendous measures to boost the tourism sector. After the COVID-19 pandemic, domestic travellers are massively visiting the region in record numbers which is encouraging and paving the path for the economy of the nation to grow, it added.

Tourists from all over the world flock to AJK, which is known for being a paradise, and are particularly drawn to and inspired by the region’s vivid green valley.
