KP Reports Three Congo Virus Cases

Peshawar: Three positive cases of the Congo virus are reported in Peshawar in a single day, signaling the reemergence of the disease in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. All three patients are shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC).
HMC Spokesman said the hospital management is imparting treatment to all three people.
Spokesperson informed that one patient is from Kohat, while the other two belong to Batkhila, Swat, and Bara Tehsils of Khyber District.
He disclosed that Jawad Khan, age 21, of the Kohat district, was admitted on July 18. Meanwhile, the third patient, 18-year-old Muhammad Hamza, of Kohat, was admitted to the Hospital on July 19.
Spokesman told that Noor Khela, a 27-year-old woman hailing from Bara Tehsil, was admitted to the Hospital on July 15.
