Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is enhancing healthcare benefits for its employees through new partnerships with leading hospitals in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, announced Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa during a high-level meeting on Wednesday.

In a session attended by CDA board members, senior officers, and hospital representatives, Randhawa reiterated the authority’s commitment to employee welfare. “CDA employees are our most valuable asset, and ensuring their access to quality healthcare is our top priority,” he emphasized.

The new initiative will provide subsidized treatment at partner hospitals, discounted health insurance policies, and specialized healthcare packages for employees and their families. Additionally, a new digital platform will be launched to allow employees to track their medical records and manage subsidy applications.

“Our goal goes beyond treatment; we aim to promote preventive care and healthy living,” Randhawa stated, also unveiling plans for wellness programs to support employees’ overall well-being.

While the CDA Hospital will continue to serve the staff, the authority will collaborate with major hospitals to ensure affordable, high-quality care. The initiative is designed to ease financial burdens on employees by offering comprehensive medical coverage.

More details on the healthcare partnerships and the digital platform will be released in the coming weeks.
