She revealed that even after updating her bio to confirm she is alive, false rumors continued to circulate. Some news channels even went as far as contacting her family to inquire about her death — a move that deeply affected her and her loved ones.

“The trolling, the constant criticism, the negativity it didn’t just hurt me emotionally; it’s now affecting my physical health,” Alizeh wrote. “It got to a point where I had no choice but to completely withdraw not just from social media, but from everyone around me.

I feel broken, exhausted, and overwhelmed in ways I can’t even explain. Even after clarifying that I’m alive, people still chose to spread false rumors. Imagine what that does to a family, especially to a mother’s heart.”

She added, “I genuinely don’t know when or if I’ll return to Instagram or television dramas. The pressure became unbearable, and it’s made me physically ill. All I ask is for some space. Please stop contacting my family. Please stop creating false narratives. Just let me breathe.”

While some social media users continue to mock her statements and make insensitive remarks, others have expressed concern for her mental health and shown empathy toward her situation.
