Karachi Kings Vow to Bounce Back in Upcoming Clash

Karachi: Karachi Kings assistant coach Mohammad Masroor has expressed confidence in the team’s ability to recover and perform better in their next match.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Masroor emphasized the strength of the team’s top order, which played a key role in their earlier victories.
“We won the first two matches because of our top-order performance. We have a strong core and will bounce back in the next game,” he said.
Masroor also shed light on the team’s tactical decisions, particularly regarding bowling changes. “Two right-handers were at the crease, so we held back Mohammad Nabi. Had there been a left-hander, we would have introduced him earlier,” he explained, noting that the pitch was balanced and supported both pace and spin.
He praised the overseas players for their contributions and said their performance would further improve as pitch conditions evolve. “Our foreign players are doing well. As the pitches improve, they’ll be even more effective,” he noted.
Masroor added that the pitch, made with Australian soil, posed some challenges due to its unfamiliar nature, making it slightly difficult to read.
