Police Arrest Vehicle Lifter, Recover Stolen Luxury Car

Rawalpindi: Police arrested a suspected vehicle lifter and recovered a stolen luxury car worth millions of rupees in the jurisdiction of Saddar Wah police station on Monday.

According to a police spokesperson, the accused—identified as Haris—has a criminal history and was wanted in several vehicle theft cases in Lahore.

The arrest was made using multiple investigative methods, including human intelligence.

SP Potohar Talha Wali lauded the police team for their successful operation, stating that strong evidence has been gathered against the suspect. “He will be presented in court and challaned with solid proof,” he said.

SP Wali reaffirmed the department’s commitment to public safety, adding that those who threaten the lives and property of citizens will not be allowed to evade justice.
