SSP Pledges Swift Resolution of Officers’ Concerns

Islamabad: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Security Division Muhammad Sarfraz Virk assured timely resolution of departmental and personal issues faced by Islamabad Police officers during an orderly room held at his office.

A public relations officer told APP on Thursday that the session was conducted under the directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. Officers from the Security Division attended, raising various concerns with SSP Virk.

In response, SSP Virk instructed senior officers to re-investigate serious matters and expedite the resolution of remaining issues. He highlighted several welfare initiatives for police personnel, including improved housing, enhanced medical facilities, and better educational opportunities.

“My office is always open to address your concerns. We must work together for the betterment of this city,” he assured officers.

He further emphasized that the primary goal of the orderly room is to address professional and personal challenges on a priority basis while boosting officers’ morale.
