Islamabad: Renowned Pakistani film and television actor Faisal Rehman recently discussed the controversy surrounding his shirtless video and shared insights into his personal life during an interview with senior journalist and YouTuber Ambreen Fatima.

The actor, known for his roles in dramas like Kaisi Aurat Hoon Main, Besharam, and Vasl, is currently featured in Hum TV’s drama serial Qarz e Jaan.

Faisal Rehman faced considerable backlash after sharing a shirtless video on social media. Critics questioned the appropriateness of such content from a veteran actor, with some suggesting he should act more maturely at his age.

In response to the criticism, Faisal stated, “Actually, people have been watching me for so long that they think I’m old and about to die. But by posting such videos, I want to show that I’m still capable of taking on good roles not necessarily young characters, but significant ones.” He added that he doesn’t pay much attention to the criticism and is planning to share another, more impactful video soon.

During the interview, Faisal also opened up about his personal life, particularly his thoughts on marriage. He shared that he had hoped to get married but believes it might not be in his destiny.
