Gold Prices Soar to All-Time High in Pakistan

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged by Rs. 1,000, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 309,000 on Thursday, compared to its previous rate of Rs. 308,000, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 857, trading at Rs. 264,917, up from Rs. 264,060. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs. 786, reaching Rs. 242,849 from Rs. 242,063.

In the silver market, the price of per tola silver climbed by Rs. 28 to Rs. 3,468, while the price of 10 grams of silver went up by Rs. 24 to Rs. 2,973.

On the international front, gold prices increased by $9, reaching $2,953 from $2,944. Silver prices in the global market also saw a rise of $0.19, trading at $33.15.
