Harry, Meghan Struggle to Integrate in Montecito Community

Islamabad: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s reserved lifestyle in their Montecito neighborhood has sparked commentary, with a fellow resident shedding light on their perceived lack of community engagement.
Richard Mineards, a neighbor and columnist, shared his views in a German documentary, stating that while Harry occasionally participates in local activities and exudes a “jolly” demeanor, Meghan remains notably absent from community affairs.
“She doesn’t really go out or get involved with the community. Harry has to a certain extent, because he’s quite jolly. But Meghan doesn’t seem to get seen anywhere. And you don’t see him either,” Mineards remarked.
This revelation comes amidst Harry’s recent remarks about life in the US. Speaking with New York Times columnist Andrew Sorkin, Harry expressed contentment with raising his children in California, emphasizing his cautious approach to social media as a father.
“It’s not a coincidence that the world has become more volatile and more divided since social media has been around for 20 years,” Harry observed, voicing concerns about the platform’s societal impact.
