FGEHA to Auction Land in G-13, G-14 Sectors

Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will hold an auction of commercial plots in Islamabad’s G-13 and G-14 sectors on November 13 (Thursday) at the Citizen Club in F-9 Park.

An FGEHA official confirmed that the auction includes a range of commercial plots in G-14, along with multiple Class-III commercial plots in G-13, G-14/2, and G-14/3. A petrol pump plot in the Mauve area on Sri Nagar Highway in G-13, as well as mixed-use plots and apartments near G-13 Markaz, will also be up for bidding.

To make purchasing convenient, winning bidders can pay in installments over two years. A 10% discount will be given to those who pay the full amount upfront, with an additional 5 percent rebate available for payments made in US dollars through official banking channels.

To proceed with building plan approval, 25 percent of the plot price is required, while plot possession will be granted after payment of 75 percent of the total amount.

According to a Ministry of Housing and Works official, the auction has been advertised in major newspapers, with brochures available at the FGEHA office. The plots, located in prime areas, are suited for multi-use businesses, shopping centers, corporate offices, and banks.
