Missing Child Reunited with Family

Islamabad: The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police reunited a missing boy with his family on Tuesday.

According to a public relations officer, Salim Khan reported that his son, Tariq Shah, had gone missing from Biji Dan Kot Hathial, Bhara Kahu, despite extensive efforts by family members to locate him.

Following the report, the Bhara Kahu police station team promptly registered a case and launched an investigation.

Under the leadership of the Station House Officer (SHO), the police employed both technical and human resources to locate Tariq, ultimately ensuring his safe return to his family.

The officer emphasized the importance of safeguarding children, urging parents to exercise greater vigilance.

The family expressed gratitude to the police team, particularly the SHO, for their swift action. Citizens are reminded to report missing persons or emergencies by dialing the helpline “Pucar-15” or through the “ICT-15 app.”
