According to the PMD, continental air is prevailing, leading to rising temperatures in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan, as well as in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

The highest maximum temperatures recorded in the past 24 hours included Sakrand (41°C), Turbat, Chhor, Mirpur Khas, Thatta, Tando Jam, and Hyderabad (40°C).
