Irfan Mehsood Achieves 2 More Guinness World Records

Islamabad: Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsood has added two more Guinness World Records to his impressive collection, making him the first martial artist to achieve records in the shortest time in history.

Mehsood recently broke the record for the most squats in one minute with a weight of 180 pounds, completing 35 squats and surpassing the previous record of 29. Additionally, he set a new record for jumping jacks by performing 97 in one minute while carrying a weight of 100 pounds, eclipsing the former record of 89.

With these latest achievements, Mehsood now holds the Guinness World Records for the heaviest weights of 100, 60, and 80 pounds, and he has successfully broken records across 17 countries.

In less than eight years, Mehsood has set an astonishing total of 100 Guinness World Records, including the deadlift record by lifting 40 pounds for 3 minutes and 20 seconds. He also achieved a new world record by lifting 70 kg with his toe.

“I have set 46 Guinness World Records in the push-up category and 31 records with a weight of 100 pounds,” Mehsood stated.

He further highlighted his achievements, mentioning records for push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, step-ups, knee strikes, elbow strikes, side jumps, high jumps, and more.

So far, he has broken world records in 16 countries, including the United States, Great Britain, India, China, Norway, Germany, France, Finland, the Philippines, Spain, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, and Syria.
