Three Killed in Road Accident in Kohistan

Kohistan: At least three individuals were killed on Monday when a car plunged into a gorge at Khokial Jijal on the Karakoram Highway.
The vehicle, traveling from Bajaur to Gilgit, went out of control and fell into a deep ravine.
District Emergency Officer Sajid Ali Yousafzai led the rescue efforts, dispatching an ambulance and medical team to the site.
Local residents also assisted in the operation, which resulted in the recovery of three bodies from the wreckage. Sadly, all three individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.
Rescue 1122 personnel provided initial medical aid before transporting the bodies to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Patan.
The victims were identified as Hayat Muhammad, son of Rahman Said, resident of Inayat Kalay, Bajaur; Amanullah, son of Abdul Khaliq, resident of Sadiqabad, Khar, Bajaur; and Qari Abdul Majid, son of Abdul Rahman, former district Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami and ex-member of the National Assembly.
